叶涵since1983：9月6日，卫生部公布《老年人跌倒干预技术指南》，开始我以为是笑话，后来一搜发现居然是真的http://t.cn/a1KJ0C 网易新闻为证。这个名字让我想起了The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy 。。。另外，我觉得卫生部应该和司法部联合发布该指南。
